 Pastor Kevin Ford
Pastor Kevin was born and raised
in Cabarrus County,
but transferred to the Belmont
area in 1999.
His focus in biblical studies
started at Christ for the Nations in Dallas,
Texas, from 1991 through 1994.
While at Bible school, he was able to participate in numerous missions trips around
the world. His calling and specialized training was in youth ministry and,
upon graduation, he returned to his home church to fulfill his dream of
influencing the youth.
After five years in Youth
Ministry, he was asked to come to Belmont
Foursquare Church
as the Associate Pastor in a full-time role. He served in that role until
October 2006 when he accepted the position of Senior Pastor of the church.
He knows that he could not do what
he does without the support of his wife, Delaine, and their two children,
Zach and Anna, and the wonderful congregation who were willing to take a
chance on him.
The
people of this community are what makes this season of ministry worthwhile.
